We work for homeowners and for businesses. General contractors, property managers, and institutions are welcome, and so are smaller jobs. We do not claim that commercial work is all we do.
What to expect

A job number is the PO
Every job gets a job number, and that number is the purchase-order reference on the invoice, for commercial work and for everything else. It is how the bill lines up with your paperwork.

Insurance certificate on request
Ask for a certificate of insurance when the site requires one. We send it for that job.

The visit
Tell us the site, the type of work, and when you need us there. We book a visit around your hours, inside our Monday to Thursday 9 to 5 and Friday 9 to 2 window unless we agree otherwise.

Lighting, panels, and troubleshooting
Tenant fit-outs, lighting, exit and emergency lighting, panel work, and service calls. If it is outside what we do, we say so.

Do you only work for contractors?
No. Homeowners and small jobs are welcome. Commercial sites are welcome too. Put the company and the site on the form.
