Phone first, then a number you can read
- 1 Call or send the form Phone is fastest. The form works when you would rather write, and a panel photo by text or WhatsApp helps.
- 2 We price the real scope Run length, panel size, and gear you already own change the number. On a quoted job you see that number before we start.
- 3 Licensed contractor Licensed contractor (ECRA/ESA #7018061). Crews are Red Seal electricians, journeymen and apprentices. Mendel is often on the job. A second crew has its own truck.
- 4 Walls can be finished too On pot lights and rewiring we can include patch and paint, so the holes are part of the same job.

Questions
Straight answers before you call
Where do you work?
MW Electric is based in Vaughan. We work in Toronto, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, and North York, and across the Greater Toronto Area. We also go to Oakville, and we travel as far as Hamilton for a larger job.
What are your hours?
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, closed.
Do you come out the same day?
Urgent repairs are booked the same business day or the next. Same day is not always possible. Next business day is the reliable one. This is not a 24 hour desk. If we have to move other booked work to come sooner, we say so before we book it.
Who does the work?
Mendel quotes the work and is often on the job. A second crew runs its own truck. About three to four people are in the field. Licensed contractor (ECRA/ESA #7018061). Crews are Red Seal electricians, journeymen and apprentices.
How do you price a job?
It depends on the job. On a service call, the visit is $200 for the first half hour on site, then $200 an hour billed in half-hour blocks, and you get a price to finish after we see the problem. On a quoted job, you see the scope and the number before we start. A panel upgrade, a long wire run, or gear you still need to buy can change that number.
Is the ESA permit included?
When the work needs an ESA notification or inspection, we arrange it and show you what is included before we start. It is not a blanket line on every small repair.
Can you patch and paint after the electrical work?
Yes. On pot lights and rewiring, we can take the job from A to Z, including patch and paint, so you are not left with the holes.
Do you publish a street address?
No. We are based in Vaughan and we list the city only. Call or email and we will confirm that we cover the job site.
