MW Electric privacy policy

This policy covers mwelectric.ca. It was written for the electrical contractor site, ECRA/ESA Licence #7018061.

What we collect

If you call, text, WhatsApp, or email, we receive the details you send: your name, phone number, email, the job you describe, and any photos you choose to share. The quote form asks for the same kind of information. We use it to reply about the electrical work and to keep a record of the job.

Where the form goes

The quote form sends your contact information and job details through this website to MW Electric's customer management system. We use those details to respond to your request and manage the electrical work.

Cookies and ads tags

This build does not install third-party analytics, Google Ads, or a Meta pixel. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Job emails and quotes are kept as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions on the installs we warrant, accounting, and any ESA record the job required. You can ask us to correct contact details by emailing mendel@mwelectric.ca.
