Urgent electrical repairs, same or next business day
Power out, a burning smell, or a breaker that will not stay on. We book urgent work the same business day or the next. Same day is not always possible. Next business day is the one you can count on. This is not a 24 hour desk, and Saturday and Sunday are closed.
What to expect

Call if it is unsafe
If you smell burning, see smoke, or the panel is hot, leave the area and call us, or call the fire department if there is a fire. Do not keep resetting a breaker that trips at once.

Business hours
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We do not run an overnight desk.

The price to finish comes first
The first part of the visit finds the fault. We use the end of that first half hour to tell you the price to finish, before we keep the clock running.

Moving the schedule can change the price
If we have to shift other booked work to reach you sooner, we tell you before we book it. We do not promise that a rush visit is the same price as a planned one.

Will you come today?
Sometimes. Same business day is not guaranteed. Next business day is the reliable booking. If the schedule has to move, we say so first.
What does a service call cost?
$200 for the first half hour on site, then $200 an hour in half-hour blocks. Starting a few minutes into a new half hour bills that half hour.
Is the power out right now?
Tell us. A whole house out, one circuit, or a burning smell are different jobs, and the first question changes who we send.
