Pot lights and lighting upgrades
Basic 4-inch slim pot lights in a finished house start around $140 each without patch and paint, and about $180 with patch and paint. Jobs of about 25 lights or more come down to about $100 each. We can take the ceiling from A to Z, including patch and paint after the electrical work.

Patch and paint can stay in the same quote
Pot lights leave holes. We can include patch and paint so the finish is not a second project you have to organize.

Warranty on the light and on our install
Basic 4-inch slim lights carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty. We give a 1-year install warranty and swap a defective light at no charge within that year. After that year, a service visit is billed, and the manufacturer warranty on the device can still apply.

New construction is cheaper
Rough-in before the ceiling is closed starts around $90 a light, and that price usually belongs inside a bigger quote. Commercial lighting is about $100 a light.

Finished or open, attic access or not, and how many rooms. Those three answers move the price more than the colour of the trim.

Is patch and paint included?
It can be. Without it, a finished-house light starts around $140. With patch and paint, figure about $180. Say which one you want and we will quote that scope.
What if a light fails later?
Within a year of our install we swap a defective light at no charge. The manufacturer warranty on a basic slim light is 5 years. After our install year, the visit is a service call and the device itself may still be covered.
Do you do switches and dimmers?
Yes. Extra switching is about $100 to $150 per point, on top of the lights.
