EV charger installation
Level 2 installs for the charger you bought, from about $500. A panel upgrade is a separate line if the panel has no room.
Panel and service upgrade
100 amp to 200 amp upgrades. Alectra underground from about $3,200. Toronto Hydro overhead about $3,500 to $4,500, plus the utility fee.
Pot lights
From about $140 each in a finished house, or about $180 with patch and paint. Larger counts come down.
Knob and tube replacement
Knob and tube adds about $2,000 plus about $50 to $75 per device that has to be refed. Most of these start with an assessment.
Urgent repairs
Same or next business day for power loss, a burning smell, or a breaker that will not stay on. Not a 24 hour desk.
Commercial electrical
Fit-outs, lighting, exit signs, and service calls for contractors, property managers, and owners. A job number is the PO reference.
